What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and Credit Card by invoice. For Cash App & Zelle use: (716) 563-7556 PayPal: paypal.me/greatplatecatering

What kind of catering services do you provide?We provide Drop-off catering, and Full Service Catering. The prices on the menu are drop off catering, not including additional items like heating pans and serving utensils. Those would be additional. Full Service Catering includes entire menu , plus staff for serving and clean-up . Prices for Full Service would depend on your needs for your event.

What type of catering services do you offer for weddings?Because we are a smaller Catering Company, at this time we ONLY offer buffet style catering. We DO NOT offer Family Style Catering .

How do I book / is there a deposit required?Yes there is a $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, ($100 FOR WEDDINGS) to secure date. DATES CANNOT BE HELD. Once deposit is paid, I will send an invoice to your email address showing deposit was paid. The invoice will have all info including Menu , Payment Schedule, and Terms.

Can I pay my deposit through the website?Currently, we only accept payments through the methods listed.

How much notice would I need to book your services?To book our services it's more about the availability. It would just depend on if the date is already booked or not.

Is there a contract?There are only contracts for Weddings. Otherwise customers are usually billed by invoice.

What is the minimum number of guests I can order for?Our minimum is 40 people. For Holidays 50 people.

Do you Supply Plates, Silverware and Napkins?Yes, unless you have hired a decorator for your event. Decorators usually provide those according to your event's theme. If you do not have a decorator for your event Plates, Silverware and Napkins MUST be requested.

Can I just order one item?At this time we Do NOT offer single pan items.

Do the prices listed include sales tax?No. NYS Sales taxes are applied to to all purchases , as stated on menu.

Are heating pans and serving utensils included ith drop-off catering?No. Not every customer needs them, there is an additional $25 charge to provide them, for the cost of the fuel, and setting up. Heating pans, racks and utensils must be returned to caterer, the following day.

We have used A Great Plate Catering LLC multiple times and Niema displays professional and punctual service from beginning to end! It's nice to enjoy your event and not have to worry about the set up and food, but just to enjoy a great meal and have a good time! The food is absolutely fresh and delicious.
